Newly Remodeled! New Listing! Perched on a south facing ridge overlooking the Rabbit Creek Valley, you will be in one of the highest elevation homes in Anchorage. Only about 10 houses are higher up. The best views, incredible access to wilderness and trails nearby in Chugach State Park from the Glen Alps trailhead. Wildlife.. Moose, coyotes, lynx, bear, porcupine, wolves and snowshoe hare transit this property regularly. The meadow off the deck is an unofficial animal observation post.

This property recently underwent a full top to bottom remodel after being gutted and rebuilt with 1970’s bones and now a rustic modern 2026 face and feel. These photos really don't do the place justice - you'll need to see it for yourself! The views are fantastic, we have some comfy furniture and beds - the amazing handcrafted Amish-crafted couch for example, nice linens, and the copper soaking tub.
