I had a great experience at this hotel and was able to have my cats stay with me as I move Mack to Anchorage. The staff were great as was the hotel.

This place was terrible — mold everywhere, a plastic bag over the smoke detector, and drunk people banging on doors all night. The front desk staff was rude and unresponsive, ignoring me when I approached the counter or asked questions. When she did respond was short and snappy.

Everyhting was good but backdoor entrance didnt work and called front desk to let us in from the back and they said yes but nothing and also towels there were only two hand towels also the tv didnt work but other then that clean and quiet and nice place to stay at.

There should be a warning that this hotel is being used as an emergency shelter for a native village that was destroyed by flooding. There were drunk people all over the hallways, trash outside of most doors, dogs barking, and a police officer stationed inside the building. My room had 2 bunk beds in it which I was not informed of prior. There were loud noises and small unattended children running in the hallways all night long.

several lightbulbs burned out or missing. bathroom sink fixtures broken. not enough towels. window curtains not attached properly. no channel guide for the tv. un repaired gouges on the walls. There was a lot of deferred maintenance. The location is good and the place is fairly clean.
