Lovely apartment with fireplace station area
Lovely two-room apartment consisting of living room/kitchen with double sofa bed and a double bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a very quiet condominium.
The area is very well served both in terms of shops and public transport to reach the center, hospital, universities... (about 10 minutes).
In the apartment there are: dishes, pots, kettle, toaster, juicer, oven, hairdryer and iron.
The space
The apartment is 45 square meters and has a double exposure: the living room/kitchen facing south, bright with views of the green crowns of Corso Carlo Alberto and the bedroom/bathroom facing north overlooking a quiet inner courtyard.
The sofa bed in the living room is double so upon request it is possible to stay in 4 people, preferably families as the bathroom is accessible from the bedroom.
The apartment was renovated in 2022.

Very convenient for participants of the initiatives held at Mole Vanvitelliana (formerly Lazzaretto) such as KUM, Corto Dorico Adriatico Mediterranean, Terra Viva and many others or for those who have to select the military marina
