Schicke, großzügige Ferienwohnung mit Balkon

Sehr gut ausgestattete und gut aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung in Frieding. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit wunderbarem Blick in die Landschaft. Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett und sehr guten Matratzen), eine sehr schöne und komplett ausgestattete Küche sowie über einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Im Garten, den man mit benutzen kann, sind eine große Schaukel, Sandkiste, etc. vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert!

super schön

Wir waren Anfang April eine Woche zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hervorragend ausgestattet, ruhig, mit wunderbarem Bergblick. Rundum empfehlenswert.

Wohlfühlen zwischen Starnberger- und Ammersee :)

Gleich als erstes Vorweg: diese Ferienwohnung ist nur zu empfehlen! Kurz nach der Ankunft wurden wir Mitte August 2020 herzlich von den Eigentümern empfangen, welche im selben Haus das Erdgeschoß bewohnen. Bei einem freundlichen Rundgang durch die Ferienwohnung wurde uns alles gezeigt und auch sehr gern hilfreich auf Fragen zur Region geantwortet. Die inserierten Bilder entsprechen allesamt der tatsächlich sehr schönen und großen Wohnung. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, eine Küche mit allem was man brauchen kann ( Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Kaffemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Eierkocher, Elektrogrill für Balkon, Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck ) , einen großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Schirm sowie einen kleinen Wirtschaftsraum. In mindestens einem der Schlafzimmer könnte man ein Kinderreisebett aufstellen. Ebenfalls im Wohnzimmer. Dort ist eine Menge Platz. Im Bad befindet sich in der Wanne auch ein Vorhang, sodass man duschen kann. Auf dem großen Rasengrundstück darf man liegen aufstellen und die Kinder die Spielgeräte mitbenutzen. Die Enkel laden hierzu auch gerne ein. :)) Vor dem Haus befinden sich übrigens 2 Parkplätze für die FeWo. Wir werden uns sicher wieder einmal hier einquartieren und freuen uns auf die lieben Gastgeber, die tolle FeWo und natürlich auch auf die Region!!! =D

Alles bestens, gerne wieder!

sehr sauber, top modern und mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig in einem kleinen Ortsteil von Andechs. Super Ausgangspunkt an alle Seen des Fünf-Seen-Landes. Herrsching am Ammersee liegt direkt ums Eck, nach Starnberg sind es keine 15 Min. mit dem Auto.
