The village of Anderen is located about 10 km east of Assen, between the villages of Rolde and Gieten, in the middle of the natural landscape of the National Park Drentsche Aa, near the forestries of Gieten and Anloo with beautiful walking and cycling routes. 't Anderhoes is a thatched farmhouse and offers groups of up to 32 people as well as smaller groups plenty of comfort and privacy. There is always only one party present. 't Anderhoes offers 320m2 of tastefully renovated farmhouse with a ground floor and an upper floor. Outside is a large terrace with patio furniture, beautiful south-facing garden and a separate playing field with volleyball net, basket, swings, etc. *Ground floor: Entrance hall with toilet.

In the vicinity are beautiful walks and cycling tours possible.
Many swimming possibilities such as natural lakes with sandy beaches and subtropical swimming pools in Rolde, Assen and Zuidlaren. There are also many other possibilities for trips such as; Museum village Orvelte, Hunnebedmuseum Borger, Emmen Zoo, Boomkroonpad in the forestry, Balloërveld (3km) with heathland, sand drifts and sheep herds etc. But the cities of Groningen and Assen can also be reached in a short time.
