In the calm of a residential neighbourhood in Andernos-les-Bains, we have found for your holidays this contemporary house for 4 adults and 4 children. Its large enclosed and tree-lined garden located behind the house welcomes you with its new garden furniture, it is a true bubble of tranquillity, which nevertheless remains close to all amenities.



Upon entering the house, you discover a large cathedral-style living space, with large bay windows offering a wide view of the garden. In the centre, the lounge is arranged around a contemporary fireplace (available and swept), offering a large relaxation area. Opposite, the kitchen and its large convivial table will allow you to prepare good meals, thanks to its numerous appliances. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, and an induction and gas hob for cooking good meals. A dishwasher is also there to spare you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.



Two children's bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. As the staircase is not secure for them, the upper floor will be reserved for adults. In each of the children's bedrooms, you will find a single bed (90/190) and its pull-out trundle bed, allowing 4 children to sleep in total. A bathroom with a large shower, as well as a separate toilet, complete the ground floor.



The visit continues on the upper floor. You will first discover a mezzanine with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and overlooking a small balcony (not secured for children). Next, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub, communicating with the last bedroom, where you will find a large double bed, consisting of 90/200 sleeping spaces.



In the tree-filled garden, many hiding places will allow children to play adventurers.



For greater comfort, you can park 2 vehicles on the plot. It is possible to store up to 8 bicycles in the garage, where you will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. An ironing board and iron are also provided. Also available Canal+ / Disney Channel / Netflix.
