Located 5 minutes by bike from Bétey beach (Bassin d'Arcachon, ideal for young children) and shops, 20 km from the ocean (surf school, windsurfing, etc.), 35 km from the airport, and 60 km from Bordeaux train station.

The house, situated on an 850m² plot, includes:

- A bright living/dining room with TV
- A toilet and bathroom with a shower
- A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee maker
- 1 bedroom with a large double bed (160cm)
- 1 bedroom with a large double bed (160cm) and an additional 90cm floor bed with a bed base
