The first warning was at check in when ou were asked to sign a waiver saying that there would be "absolutely no refund". The linens and towels were dirty. The bathtub encrusted.. Poor lighting. Few electrical outlets. Room smelled. Baseboards crumbling. i don;'t have high standards but this place didn't come close.

Website and Expedia say pets are free but they charged me $20. I expected low quality given the price but this was not a good experience. We left and found a better hotel up the road.

It was not so good experience. The room was smelling horrible. There was no tv remote. The toilet was not clean. There was no thrash can. There was everything where smoking smell and there experience is horrible

The Dope Hole

Perfect place to stay if you're looking to check into a room with holes in the wall, soiled toilet paper in the toilet, with hair and dirt in the tub, while inhaling fresh dope smoke.

Not the room I had reserved

Started to check in at the Horizons Inn and Suites and was told that the room I had reserved was unavailable. I told the clerk that I wanted to cancel. I found another hotel in the area and booked with them Later, I found out that was charged for the stay at the Horizons Inn and Suites. I have since contacted Hotels.com to have the charge reversed.
