Discover this beautiful holiday home at the foot of the Cévennes! It has a large garden and a private, secluded swimming pool. It is located in Anduze, a romantic and friendly village. This renovated stone country house dates from the 17th century and is 45 metres from Nßmes and UzÚs. The exceptional Parc dAnduze is known worldwide for its rare plants, such as sequoias, giant bamboo, lotus and orchids. This holiday home is located on a large plot where you can go for short walks in peace, it also has a billiard room, a very modern kitchen, a refined decoration, a beautiful fireplace and cosy and romantically furnished bedrooms, all of which have their own marble bathroom. The bathroom in bedroom 4 is open-plan and integrated into the room. The accommodation awaits you between mountains and moors, on the edge of a lively village on the banks of the Gardon, which invites you to enjoy all kinds of activities: Swimming, sunbathing, water hiking and canyoning. Take the time to enjoy the seaside resorts along the Mediterranean coast at your leisure: Less than an hour separates you from Le Grau-du-Roi, Aigues-Mortes or La Grande-Motte, for example. The Trabuc caves with their underground waterfalls, UzÚs, the Pont du Gard aqueduct bridge and the Cévennes steam train, which offers unforgettable views on its route between Anduze and Saint-Jean-du-Gard, are also nearby. The region also has several leisure parks, the racing centre in AlÚs for holidaymakers with petrol in their veins, charming hamlets and villages, Provençal farmers' markets and beautiful vineyards and wine cellars. The many festivities in the region include the Avignon Festival and the bullfighting festivals in both Nßmes and Arles. Mas trÚs agréable

SĂ©jour familial . Logement spacieux et confortable, environnement trĂšs agrĂ©able propice aux promenades et randonnĂ©es, prĂ©sence d’un grand billard qui a plu Ă  tout le monde ! L’équipement du gĂźte est trĂšs complet . En bref, gĂźte Ă  recommander.

Maison de vacances spacieuse et agréable mais mauvais rapport qualité prix

Maison spacieuse, confortable et bien situĂ©e (toutefois proximitĂ© avec la route et centrale Ă©lectrique Ă  prendre en compte pour les nuisances sonores) Piscine clĂŽturĂ©e donc idĂ©ale avec jeunes enfants. En revanche, la literie n’est pas du tout confortable, les draps sont en synthĂ©tique, ce qui ne justifie pas le tarif de 12€/personne. Nous avons dĂ» insister pour avoir des tapis de bain, le sol Ă©tant trĂšs glissant dans les salles de bains. L’annonce ne prĂ©cise pas que les frais de mĂ©nage, d’électricitĂ© et de location draps/service sont Ă  rĂ©gler en liquide exclusivement Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. La piscine aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©e quotidiennement compte tenu de la pĂ©riode estivale, ce qui ne fut pas le cas. Le gĂ©rant a essayĂ© de nous facturer 45€ de « frais de nettoyage dĂ» Ă  l’utilisation de la crĂšme solaire » alors mĂȘme que l’état de la piscine n’était pas impeccable Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et que cela n’était pas prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce. Nous avons Ă©galement dĂ» changer le gaz de la plancha - Ă  la charge du locataire, ce qui n’était pas mentionnĂ© dans l’annonce. Enfin, la machine Ă  laver Ă©tait en panne, elle n’a Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©e que 2j aprĂšs notre arrivĂ©e mĂȘme si nous avions Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venus. Pour une location de ce standing, le service n’est pas du tout adaptĂ©.

Des vacances familiales réussies

Maison spacieuse, bien située, joliment décorée, confortable...sauf pour les bébés. Comme demandé, nous avons bien eu deux lits bébé à disposition mais sans leur matelas.... Pour un séjour d'une semaine dans une maison de standing, ce n'est pas acceptable. D'autant que personne n'a pu remédier à cette situation. Ni le service accueil ni la Hot Line. Le jardin et la piscine sont trÚs agréables et ont contribué à la réussite de ces retrouvailles familiales.

Toller Ulaub in tollem Haus

Wir waren mit zehn Personen eine Woche Ende September zum Motorradfahren dort. DafĂŒr ist die Lage und das Anwesen hervorragend geeignet. Wir waren vor acht Jahren schonmal im selben Haus und sind deshalb auch wieder gekommen. Bei zehn Personen wĂ€ren ein paar grĂ¶ĂŸere Töpfe noch hilfreich gewesen, da wir selbst jeden Tag fĂŒr alle mehrere GĂ€nge gekocht haben. Die Reinigung des Hauses war okay allerdings sehr oberflĂ€chlich. Alles in allem aber eine klare Empfehlung.

Nous avons été surpris par la taille de la maison... immense !!!! Petit détail qui a son importance, le fait que la piscine ne soit pas chauffer ( dommage ) et sur le fait du montant du ménage , nous avons rendu la maison plus propre qu on l a eus ..
