No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops

Please make sure to close the upstairs shower door after use to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. This helps keep the bathroom safe and dry for all guests.

Grill Use
You are welcome to use the grill, but please confirm the burn ban status in the Village of Angel Fire before lighting it. If a burn ban is active, grill use is strictly prohibited. Guests can check the town’s central burn ban sign for current restrictions. The grill must be used in the gravel parking area and not on the deck.

Grill Location
For safety reasons, the grill may only be used in the gravel parking area. Please do not move the grill to decks, patios, or other areas of the property.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Angel Fire cabin is smoke free.
