This custom log Chalet is located on 1.8 acres surrounded by Aspens and Pines and is waiting for you to create your mountain memories! Located in a culdesac with one neighbor this home offers privacy without seclusion! This 3 bedroom & 2.5 bathroom easily sleeps ten adults and offers views that are second to none with easy access and level driveway. Sunrise Overlook is on the ski hill so we suggest having 4WD or snow chains when visiting. This home has both forced heat and AIR CONDITIONING which is very rare!

THE SPACE (Main Floor):

Mudroom: When you walk into Sunrise Overlook you have a convenient mudroom with built in shelving to hold your skis, boots, boards, gloves, and jackets. Mudroom also has washer & dryer which guests are welcome to use.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops with seating for 3, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Whirlpool fridge/freezer. The kitchen also has a walk in pantry and plenty of glassware (or plastic for outside!) , cookware, coffeepot, and crockpot. Kitchen is open to dining room.

Dining Room: Open to living room and kitchen the dining area
features a wall of windows and a dining room table for 8. Above the dining room is a gorgeous antler chandelier.

Living Room: Open to the dining area and truly the heart of the home, the living room features a floor to ceiling custom stone fireplace with custom mantle focal feature, exposed log walls providing rustic elegance, and incredible windows that span the height of the home. Relax with those you care about on the custom leather sofas (one a queen sleeper), play a game at the card table, or watch a family movie on the T.V. Open the armoir in living room and find a ton of games and DVD's!

Bedroom 1 & Primary bathroom: Bedroom 1 is the primary bedroom featuring custom log furniture including a Queen log bed with amazing mattress! TV, closet access, wrap around main deck access, and air mattress in closet. This bedroom has high ceilings, a ceiling fan, and private bathroom which has both stand up shower and soaker tub. This bathroom also features double sinks and a separate water closet.

Main Floor Wrap Around Deck: The entire main floor is wrapped with a HUGE deck allowing you to take in the views, see the animals, and create memories! Use the barbeque to grill outside (when season appropriate), dine al fresco on the porch, or watch the sunset from the hot tub! You won't want to go inside!

Half Bathroom: This half bathroom is located off the mudroom and kitchen and offers guest bathroom access on main floor without having to use primary suite.

The Space (2nd Floor)

Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 is located just off the stairs and features custom log queen bed, closet access, (air mattress in closet), fans, high ceilings, and a private balcony! Bedroom 2 shares a jack and jill bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Upstairs full bathroom: This bathroom has shared access from bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. This bathroom has large mirror above sink, full length mirror, separate water closet, and stand up shower.

Bedroom 3: Bedroom 3 is at end of hallway upstairs and features the most sleeping. With a custom log Queen bed, as well as custom log bunk bed with a full over twin. This room has high ceilings, ceiling fan, and a private balcony as well!

This chalet offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access and a hot tub. This chalet also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
