Beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment located 7 minutes from clark airport. 5 minutes walk from perimeter bars and local restaurants.
We are 10 minute drive to sm shopping mall and 5 minute drive to fields avenue.
We have a cleaning lady that can give you extra cleaning services for 400ph per day.
The space
Its very new model home contruction also has a gate to protect from intruders. There is a few parking spaces available as well.
Guest access
Guests can use the entire home including the laundry area.
Other things to note
We can provide extra mattress if available. If you stay 5 or more days you will be responsible for the electric bill. The daily electric bill charge will be a flat rate of 150 pesos per day.
