Hotel was in an ideal location near the airport and the mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated as it was in the older building with older light fixtures that had broken light shades and scratches on the mirrors. It was otherwise a pleasant stay for the one night needed for me and my group as it was a spacious room with three beds which you rarely see in a hotel space.

The staff and service was all top notch. The facilities were great although they were starting to age. The breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed. The only thing That I found to be a annoying was the WiFi, it was slow, spotty, and unreliable, not real important to me but could be for some people

The rooms is super clean and the room is huge. The bathroom is not so renovated but its clean and full of toiletries. Everything you may need is there. Its close to everything mall, transportation. The front desk were so accomodating and the staff were so nice.

It was okay. Staff were good. We were booked In the old building. We did not know about old and new buildings. Old building guests have to walk or get free cart ride to basement of new building to use the pool. Then take escalator up to lobby near pool. ( Sandals and bathing suits can’t be worn in the lobby. )There is no way to get there except this way for us. The man at the pool informed us we need to bring dry clothes and sneakers. Pool was small anyway . Not worth the hassle or price. Much better options nearby.

While the hotel was clean and staff was very professional and very friendly, the entire hotel looked old compared to the newer hotel and casino that was built next to it. The breakfast buffet however was very sumptuous and the variety was great. Again staff was very professional and service was quick.
