Petit studio situé à Saint-Léonard, aménagé avec goût et bien équipé. Idéal pour une personne seule. L'espace peut être un peu restreint pour deux. Stationnement facile à proximité et accès rapide au centre-ville d’Angers. Recommandé pour un séjour pratique et agréable.

Appartement exigu

L'appartement est propre mais il est particulièrement étroit et exigu. Impossibilité de se croiser dans l'appartement!!!Conviendrait mieux à une personne seule.La salle de douche dispose d'une porte en partie vitrée (floutée) qui donne sur la terrasse du deuxième appartement en location. Lorsque ses occupants profitent de leur terrasse, nous avons l'impression qu'ils sont avec nous dans la douche et aux toilettes. C'est assez gênant!!!
