The Space:
This three-bedroom retreat is the ultimate family beach house. Polished concrete floors keep things cool, the kitchen and dining space bring everyone together and the balcony is where the ocean horizon steals the show. Every detail is designed for ease, from air-conditioned comfort in the master bedroom to a warm outdoor shower that makes sandy feet disappear in seconds.

This home is made for big, breezy beach holidays. Spread across two levels, it blends thoughtful design with all the comforts that make family getaways easy.

Upstairs is where the magic happens - a huge open-plan living space flooded with natural light, polished concrete floors underfoot and doors that open wide to bring in the sea breeze. The entertainers kitchen makes cooking a joy, with everything you need for family feasts and a long dining table that seats everyone comfortably. The adjoining lounge flows to a second breakout family sized lounge area and out to a spacious balcony where the ocean stretches across the horizon, perfect for morning coffee, sundowners or firing up the weber BBQ for easy family dinners

The master bedroom with adjoining bathroom is also upstairs, offering privacy and ease with a queen bed, ensuite and air conditioning. Wake up in comfort and fall asleep to the sound of waves.

Downstairs, two family-friendly bedrooms and a large bathroom provide the perfect setup for kids, friends or extended family. One room has two singles, the other can be configured as a king or twin singles to suit your group. All rooms have ceiling fans, cross ventilation and plenty of natural light.

Outside, every detail has been designed for beach life. Rinse off sandy toes under the hot outdoor shower and hang towels on the undercover clothesline and store your boards on the surfboard racks to the rear of the home. The home’s driveway fits two vehicles, with extra free street parking right out the front.

Essentials are all taken care of — plush linen and towels, Leif bathroom products, kitchen basics like oil, salt and pepper, fast unlimited Wi-Fi and a full laundry with washer and dryer. Just bring your swimmers and let the holiday unfold.

The Neighborhood:
Step outside and you’re moments from some of Angourie’s most loved spots. Stroll down to Spooky Beach for a morning swim or to watch the surfers take on the point, then wander a little further to cool off in the famous Blue and Green Pools - swimming holes that locals and visitors adore.
You’ll also find great coffee and relaxed dining at Angourie’s cafés just a short walk away, making it easy to slip into the rhythm of village life. The surrounding national park offers walking tracks, coastal lookouts and hidden coves to explore.
Yamba is only a few minutes’ drive if you want more restaurants and shopping, but here in Angourie you’ll feel tucked away in a world that’s calm, beautiful and shaped by the ocean.

Getting Around:
Everything you need is right here in Angourie - beaches, cafés, ocean pools and walking tracks are all within an easy stroll, so you can happily park the car and leave it. For dining, shopping and the buzz of town, Yamba is just an eight-minute drive away. If you’re flying in, Ballina and Coffs Harbour airports are each around 90 minutes by car, making this little slice of paradise surprisingly easy to reach.
