Quiet and relaxing.

Nice stay and enjoyed the lovely beach. Sebastian in the bar was very helpful with the food options, so the dinner was saved.

O local é incrível, porém quartos antigos precisando ser revitalizados. Tomadas antigas, colchão e travesseiros não são confortáveis. O hotel é agradável porém tem podia ter mais atenção a manutenção. Tive um pequeno problema no primeiro e segundo dia que mesmo avisando a recepção e ao gerente, não foi resolvido. Resolveram na marra a noite pq falei q nao sairia da recepção até resolver. Achei descaso com a reclamação

A primeira impressão foi bastante positiva. Chegamos ao hotel antes das 11h, mesmo sabendo que o check-in seria às 14h e para nossa surpresa o quarto já estava liberado. O check-in foi rápido e eficiente! No entanto a experiência começou a decepcionar no quarto. A reserva era para um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro, mas na prática foram duas camas de solteiro unidas, com aquela “vala” no meio que é extremamente desconfortável para um casal que espera dormir minimamente confortável. Na praia não havia mais guarda-sóis disponíveis e o serviço deixou muito a desejar. Os garçons não atendem na areia, pedimos um balde de cerveja e ao solicitar reposição de gelo o pedido não foi atendido sob a justificativa de que não havia gelo suficiente. E ainda assim houve cobrança de taxa de serviço, o que considero incoerente diante do atendimento prestado. A pensão completa é outro ponto negativo: a comida não é gostosa, pouca variedade e ainda assim pecam muito no sabor. Deixou muito a desejar… Além disso, não tivemos serviço de quarto durante a estadia. No geral, avaliando o custo-benefício, a hospedagem não compensa. A experiência ficou aquém do esperado e por esse motivo optei por fazer o checkout um dia antes do planejado, por não estar satisfeita com a estadia.

Un personnel souriant et attentif malgré la barrière de la langue. Eduardo vous met a l'aise dès l'entrée, les lieux appellent à la détente aussi. Les infrastructures sont super. A área de lazer do hotel é ótima. A praia privativa é muito boa e as piscinas e áreas comuns também. Mas a parte de hotelaria deixa a desejar para um hotel que se posiciona como um resort. A roupa de cama parecia bem velha e um pouco surrada (não suja). O quarto precisava de pequenos reparos. Acho que falta um pouco de manutenção periódica. Mas de modo geral, o local é ótimo e gostamos da nossa estadia.

Recebemos upgrade de quarto, foi excelente. Segunda vez que passamos otimos dias em familia e amigo no Hotel do Bosque. Atendimento muito bom. Comida gostosa. Area de lazer muito boa, acesso facilitado por balsa a praia, com otima estrutura de apoio na praia, com sanitarios toalhas, cadeiras, guarda sol, restaurante e serviço de praia. Excelente!
