Living room, dining room, kitchen, American-style refrigerator with freezer and ice and water dispenser, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 including children), sleeps 8 with a sofa bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate WC, games room (pool table, ping pong, darts, etc.), 3-person sauna, bioclimatic pergola, etc.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area on a landscaped and fenced plot, with enclosed parking and a carport (shaded), gas barbecue grill/plancha, 8x4m swimming pool (maximum depth 1.5m), sun loungers, outdoor games (badminton, 2 mountain bikes available, etc.), and an electric vehicle charging station (charging extra).

The rental is located in a typical Languedoc village, close to nature and heritage sites, with all amenities, AOC vineyards, and just 5 minutes from the river and the village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Activities: hiking trails, cycle paths, canoeing/kayaking, canyoning, treetop adventure courses, etc. A lake is 20 minutes away (sailing, paddleboarding, pedal boats, etc.), Montpellier is 25 minutes away, Mediterranean beaches are 35 minutes away, and Sète is 45 minutes away.
