The staff is kind ... The kitchen manager is friendly and helpful person ... The room is clean and warm. The only problem is that the receptionist asks for an additional amount and says that the system doesn't prove that the full amount was paid from Expedia, which forced me to open my bank application and prove that the full amount was paid from my account

Great location, rooms are really neat and clean and breakfast was good. The staff is really friendly and helped with our luggage, getting us Taxis and answer questions about getting around. It is also walking distance from the Mall and Atakule Tower where you can get 360 degree view of Ankara.

Giriş sürecinde sıkıntılar yaşadık double room tutmamıza rağmen normal oda ile başladık sonra bu sıkıntı giderildi rezervasyonun yansıması ile ilgili sıkıntı olduğu söylendi ama resepsiyonda yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar kahvaltı salonundaki çalışanlara teşekkürlerimi sunarım ve temiz bir oteldi
