Receptionist doesn’t not speak English. Curtains only cover 50 % of window width for room 302. Housekeeping is not doing the work properly. Room is very noisy, constantly hear traffic noise from the street. False advertising, this hotel is not new. Obviously is just rebranded. Some of the fittings in the bathroom are old and rusty.

Personel iyiydi oda normal bir temizlik vardı, birtane erkek personel valizini bırakıp giriş yapacağım saate valizi alıp yerleşecegimi dediğimde bunun mümkün olmayacağını söyledi parayla kızılayda bir yere bırakmak zorunda kaldım.
