Budget basic Ulus hotel.

It was only 1 night so OK. Very noisy from neighbours through the wall!! Needs some updating. Stair carpets old and dated. As a place to sleep it did the job. Can't complain about the price. Bring earplugs. Breakfast included.

The quality of wi-fi cinnection was not ok. There was a lot of disconnect and it was too slow. It was said the breakfast is included in the room price. But they asked for extra price., although it was written in the elevator announcement. It is a good place for a person who wants to go out warly morning and come back late at night. It's good for a good place for sleep at a low price.

とにかく部屋がタバコ臭い。禁煙室だと書いてあっても部屋には灰皿があり絨毯やカーテンなどに臭いが染み付いている。バスルームも臭く、シャワーを浴びているとまるで灰皿の水を浴びているような感覚。
