Aşırı kötü bir deneyim

Sisteminiz üzerinden odayı satın aldıktan sonra tarafıma ulaşıldı ve rezervasyon yaptığım odanın aslında dolu olduğu, sistemde güncelleme yapılmadığı bildirildi. Bunun üzerine beni benzer bir odaya alacaklarını söylediler. Ancak verilen oda hem küçüktü hem de tek kişilik yataklıydı. Kötü kokuyordu ve satın aldığım geniş, çift kişilik odayla hiçbir şekilde benzer değildi. Ben bir doktorum ve eğitim amacıyla bu şehre geldim; ancak o gece tam anlamıyla berbat geçti. Kliması çalışmıyordu, akşam durumu ilettiğimde ancak ertesi gün ilgilenebileceklerini söylediler. Banyodaki duş başlığı da bozuktu, duş bile alamadım. Bana verilen oda, ödediğim tutarın karşılığını kesinlikle vermiyordu — 1000 TL bile etmezdi. Sonuç olarak, satın aldığım odada kalmadım ve ciddi anlamda mağdur edildim.
