Clean, comfortable beds/linens/towels, staff pleasant, housekeeping good, tv worked, showers nice, game room good for older kids/adults. Heating units for rooms inadequate and noisy, dated room and public area decor, breakfast too basic not tasty, public dining area very small, loud mechanical noise outside our room very annoying.

Get a waffle maker and some muffins with fruit!

We have stayed here previously. The property is clean and the furnishings are nice. The breakfast is a huge disappointment! There is toast and a few other toastable items. I am used to more inclusive breakfasts. I have to limit carbs so it did not work for me!

This hotel was amazing from the moment I pulled up to the moment I left. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was immaculate and beautiful. The room was exactly as pictured and was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and actually had plenty of full size pillows in various firmness to find just the right one! The pool area was clean and fun. The billiard room provided several hours of entertainment for my family. The breakfast area was a little small but the food was delicious! Definitely stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ann Arbor Regent Hotel and Suites. The staff were efficient and pleasant. Our room was nice, though a bit outdated. It was a nice, affordable option, and we would stay again.

Super friendly staff!

These days you don't generally get friendly front desk staff, but the staff during our stay was AMAZING! We had to store pole vault poles and they made it happen! Kudos to your team!

The problem is, we probably won’t go back as there was noise from about 9:20 at night until about 12:30 in the morning. Also, we had issues with the heater it would work and then it wouldn’t and then it finally to be normal
