I'll start with the positives . Location was good . Had a balcony , the staff were pleasant . Most importantly NO bed bugs ! The water was hot for the spa tub in the room. Now for the reasons i would not recommend . The room was in bad shape . The area around the spa tub was literally crumpling, the shower was coming apart, the lamp was falling out of wall. There was an extension cord plugged into another cord. The television was limited with no local stations . Have to say hotels.com should remove this listing untill they get the place remodeled.

Pictures are so outdated and deceiving! Property was in disarray. Room had broken handles, gum in the carpet, mold in the washroom, the place wreaked of chemicals to cover up smoking and rotting smells. Buyer beware!!!

Got a jacuzzi room which it came with one but the bubble part didn’t work and water leaked everywhere fridge had mold in it and heater was a bit broken and toliet didn’t flush also got there and didn’t have toilet paper

First off, I must admit that our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly! Other than that, all downhill. The bedside lamp cord had the plug ripped or chewed off, so no bedside lamp. Our heat didn’t work. (November) The ironing board didn’t have a cover on it, the toilet whistled when flushed, shower curtain ripped at the top, walls patched but not painted. Overall, the hotel looked pretty beaten up, but clean! The continental breakfast was mostly prepackaged foods. The worst part had to be walking the hallways and smelling nothing but weed. The further away you got from the front desk, the stronger the smell. Thankfully our room didn’t smell like that. I’m glad I didn’t pay any more than $130 because even at that rate, it wasn’t worth it.

Black mold on the walls. The hallways and room smelled strongly of smoke. Carpet missing patches and paint was chipping from what looked like water damage. Severely needs maintenance. Would not recommend!!

Beds and towels were clean, room very outdated (that it felt like things were not clean, but everything was washed), no critters, smelled very musty, heater didn’t work, staff was nice but not helpful to get heater fixed just said oh thanks for letting us know and sorry. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The entry door had major gaps around it allowing you to see in the room from the hallway. There was a brown smelly substance on the curtain (poop?). There was mold on the bathroom walls, ceiling and tub. The room telephone was non-functional. The hallway carpets were filthy and needed to be replaced. The entire property was very run down and dirty.

The place was filthy not one cup in the room. Stains all over the carpet. We were so far away from everything. Nothing was kept up in the room. The room stunk like old cigarettes. Gross

Super creepy place. Lots of shady stuff going on. Room had ‘matter’ on walls, stains (possibly blood) on carpet, bathroom door was punched in. Torn screen doors. People handing in back of build looking like doing sketchy things. Smelled like weed and cigarettes smoke.

This is your warning to not stay here! Absolutely horrible. Dirty, unprofessional, people living there smoking in there rooms. Whole place smells like cigarettes. Booked through Expedia. Never again. Needs to be taken off their website. DO NOT STAY HERE
