Can not recommend

This is not a place I could recommend. Definitely sketchy —mold in bathroom, floor was wet —wet carpet—towels were on the floor when we arrived. We asked for more and lined the floor with them. Slept for just a few hours and left. Paint was peeling, it was not clean.

Poor quality

After the 2nd room had a drain plugged with hair that had to be removed to get a shower which took 2 hours we asked for a refund and want Ed to leave. Both the desk and hotels.com refused to help and said keep calling back because the hotel has your payment. The desk said you had it so we couldn’t shower. The poor was filthy and couldn’t swim. 1 st room before we moved to the second smelled like marajauana the the hallway was unbearable. We wanted to leave but couldn’t get any help. Thanks.

It was such a terrible hotel. We had to run to target and buy cleaning supplies because it was so disgusting. The smell of smoke in the hallways and room was unbearable. I could go on and on but I will just say this… find any other place to stay. You will be happy you didn’t step foot on this property.

Staff very nice but needs to renovated.

The deadbolt didn't lock from inside the room. I didn't notice till late so ended up wedging a chair under handle. Also, security door metal bar was broken and I had to wedge that in too as on ground floor. Bathroom old and needs to be remodeled. Also the common areas quite old. Staff was very nice and kind.

The hotel denied my stay

I was not able to stay in the hotel. I had a very troubling experience at this hotel. Upon arrival today, a staff member named Isaac told me there was no reservation under my name—without asking for my reservation number or even checking my full name. When I asked him to take a closer look, he dismissed my concerns and told me I shouldn't have booked through Hotels.com, claiming they had “stolen my money.” I remained calm and tried to show him my confirmation, but his response became unexpectedly aggressive. He threatened to call the police and asked me to leave the property. He also stated that even if there was availability, he would not allow me to stay. Shockingly, I witnessed other walk-in guests being offered rooms at a higher rate, despite having no prior reservations. This was an incredibly distressing experience, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before booking here. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was unacceptable. I came to town seeking health treatment and was treated disrespectfully with no reason.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was smelly. Every single hallway stunk, the lobby stunk, the room stunk. Half the time the hallways were stinky, plus smelt like weed. The blow dryer didn’t work, as well as one of the light switches. There was some kind of loud, screaming altercation in the hallway or a neighboring room every single night. There were working taking breaks in the lobby, just lounging with their shoes off with their feet on the entryway furniture. The guy at the front desk was creepy. The slider to the patio was busted and wouldn’t lock. There were prostitutes posted up less than a block away.

In my sister's room there was blood on the sheets and they did not change her bedding ..the staff said they did not have any clean linen to give to her.they had to sleep on blankets.

I just had eye surgery and we had to go back for a follow the next morning so we booked this hotel as it was closer to the hospital. When we checked in the gave us a room, but never stated how to get to it. Eventually we did and there was shards of broken glass, stains on the wall that looked like dried blood, and there was WiFi but it was not working all night long. The specific room they put us in was in a noisy section but that was that big of a deal to us. If you’re in a really tight spot and need a room to stay in, it’s okay, but overall wouldn’t recommend.

Beware if you have to pay upfront, before you see the room. The whole experience was dreadful. This building is need of repair. Holes in walls, dents in doors (broken into), There was smoke smell throughout the hallways and rooms. There were blood stains on the sheets. We checked out within 10 minutes of checking in, We did not stay!!
