My mom and I stayed the night due to me having a procedure at U of M hospital today. The staff was amazing and even let me extend my check out time. That gave me extra time to prepare for my procedure. The hotel was beautiful and the room was amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Property was great as usual, only problem this time was that the dishwasher was broken in my room and the maid had clearly missed that fact and unloaded all of the dirty dishes and silverware into the cabinets. I washed them all by hand with the THREE paper towels they left me and the bathroom hand towels.
