Spacious waterfront home perfect for families and groups, offering 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms with room for up to 7 guests. Located on a deep-water canal in Anna Maria Island with direct access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf, this retreat is ideal for boating, fishing, and laid-back coastal living.

Enjoy a private dock, heated pool, and hot tub right on the canal, plus multiple decks with beautiful water views. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area flows onto a large front deckperfect for indoor-outdoor living with breezes and sunsets.

The home features flexible sleeping arrangements on the main level, plus a private upstairs primary suite with its own deck overlooking the water and views toward the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.

Just steps from a quiet, swimmable beach and a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the historic Anna Maria City Pier. Guests can also use the free island trolley to explore the full length of Anna Maria Island.

A relaxed island escape with boating access, beach proximity, and plenty of space to unwind. Sleeps 7.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

Nice Quiet Walkable Location

We enjoyed our stay at this AMI home. Very spacious with beautiful ocean views in the front and canal views in the back. Close to restaurants, shops and beaches. The trolley stop is only a few blocks away! Bicycle rentals nearby were a plus too. We hardly used our car all week!

The best of the beach!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants plus the beach. We were here during a tropical storm and the ladies at beachmobi (property managers) came over the next day and cleaned up all the debris. The house was great, the canal was a huge plus, and we fully enjoyed our stay.

1st trip to AMI

This was our first trip to AMI so we didn’t really know where to stay. But, this location was great. Not far from shops/restaurants, the pier and beaches. The only negative (and it’s not a deal breaker for us) is the bedrooms do not have TV’s.
