Historical timber house "Schipplbadstube", 2 storeys, detached from the 16th century, surrounded by meadows and fields. On the outskirts Annaberg, in a secluded, quiet position, 900 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: washing machine. 300 m long bumpy, steep motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains. 300 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 4.5 km, bakery 4.4 km, bus stop 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Dachstein West (Donnerkogelbahn) 900 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Gosauseen 32 km, Hallstatt (Hallstätter See) 34 km. Hiking paths: Region Dachstein West. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating, wood heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 3 bunk beds. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, logs (free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The house is approximately 400 years old and open fires are strictly prohibited inside and outside. A small stream borders the property, along with a quiet spot for yoga or meditation. In heavy snowfall, the last 300 meters may only be accessible on foot. No Wi-Fi. 50203-050020-2020
