Indoor pool area was small but nice. Room was spacious and clean and stocked with necessary items. Breakfast included was the usual items provided and seating area clean. Excellent coffee and creamers provided. The only thing I would change is I think it should be more apparent that you have to pay for parking.

The property was extremely clean. It was like we were the first people to stay in the room. The only thing is that there weren’t enough sheets, blankets, and pillows for those sleeping on the sofa bed. I’m sure if I had asked at the desk I could have gotten some but it was too much with two disabled parents, and arriving exhausted and having to switch room three times due to Expedias errors. I was charged for travel insurance that I never had. The staff told me that people book rooms all the time and when they get there they do not have the room that they booked. I needed very specific services and never did receive them even after ending up in 3 different rooms. One time I had to walk my 88 year old father with Parkinson’s, down the long hallway to the hall bathroom because that one had grab bars and the one in the room didn’t. The staff tried to accommodate but by the third move we could do do it anymore. Hotel staff and cleanliness were great. Milton (Annapolis, MD) was very nice and helpful. Don’t book through Expedia.

This is my second time staying here. I love how convenient it is for me to get to where I want to go. The property is clean and spacious and location is awesome. What I didn’t like is that this time around they added a new parking fee. If I have to pay for parking than I may have to reconsider staying here next time.

Rooms were clean and modern as was the TV. I was disappointed that this hotel has decided to charge for parking nightly via an app. Free parking at this level of hotel is a given normally, this is not a hotel in NYC, LA etc.

The desk clerks were friendly and kind. The room was spacious , well stocked with a full kitchen and cold a /c. The laundry was FREE and they have 4 washers and 6 dryers!!! The price was decent and well worth the room. I didn’t use the gym but looked nice . The lobby was fun and they had FREE fruit and coffee. No breakfast but you have a kitchen . Go shopping. It’s close. Quick, easy check out. The only complaint - the room was not swept - maybe the housekeeper forgot . Overall , I fell at home there.
