This was an amazing place. We loved the classic styling of the hotel. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel the aesthetics of the hotel. It was an amazing incredible experience and the staff were incredible. They could not have been more accommodating. Chad was amazing.

I had booked a spa treatment online and was very disappointed when I arrived that it hadn't gone through. Apparently there is a known issues with their system. The ladies at the spa were very apologetic, called the manager right away, but the lady at the front desk told me that's too bad and I should have called to confirm that my online booking went through! Cabin was nice, but the heat hadn't been on and it was freezing! No matches for a fire. We had booked a night with breakfast included and were looking forward to their buffet breakfast but they apparently only to it when there is enough people. Stay was fine, but I was very disappointed that they two things I was looking forward to were unavailable.

Not worth the cost

It was ok. If you book a suite and are expecting a little class than a normal hotel room, don’t. It’s old, the rooms are drab and run down, and the ‘suites’ are placed right above the kitchen so they smell like grease and your ‘view’ is the smoke stacks from the kitchen. Wouldn’t come back.

A very historic building to stay in! Friendly staff throughout and very clean. The only problem was that the pool was advertised as being open year round, only to find out it's closed during the winter months.

I found the room a bit in the old side. Single paned window that sweated bad, running down to the window ledge. Thankfully the curtains are heavy which kept the chill from the window at bay. This hotel does not have designated parking for people staying there. The parking in the evening is taken up by vehicles utilizing the bar. The handicap parking is only 2 spots, makes it difficult when the driver is disabled. The rims are quiet and comfortable.
