Located 500m from the lake and enjoying a quiet environment, this apartment is the perfect cocoon for your stay in Annecy.
Completely renovated, the apartment is ideal for 6 people.
It has 3 bedrooms with a bathroom.

Decorated with care by an interior designer, the apartment is spacious and very bright.
Each room has a double bed and large storage.
The large living room is also equipped with a TV and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, (not exhaustive)
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and high-speed WiFi (fiber).
Linen will be provided for your stay: sheets, towels & kitchen towel.

The accommodation is on the 3rd floor without elevator.

🅿️ You can park your car directly in the private parking space dedicated to the accommodation.
A large cellar very accessible will allow you to have the possibility to put your bikes, windsurfing, strollers…
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Spacious apartment

Not fancy, but had everything we needed including a washer/dryer. We could have used a few fans as it was hot weather. It was a quick walk to the park by the lake and the old section of town. Great that it had off street parking. We loved Annacey!

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est idéalement situé, on peut tout faire à pied. Le parking est un plus. L'inconvénient d'être en ville est que c'est très bruyant. Mais il faut bien reconnaitre que les fenêtres sont très isolantes pour le bruit, une fois fermées. Ce qui n'est pas le cas quand il fait chaud.Dommage aussi que la vétusté de l'appartement ne soit pas mieux gérée (Interrupteur cuisine cassé, partie métallique du flexible de douche cassée).Très bon accueil de la part de la personne de la conciergerie.

Bon emplacement

Bon emplacement, proche de centre, vielle ville et du lac. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lingerie propre. Cependant la cuisine est très peu équipée et le salon fait vieux. C'est dommage.
