Emplacement idéal

A 10 min maxi à pied du lac, cet appartement a un emplacement idéal. Le +, son parking en sous-sol ! Sa grande terrasse permet de prendre le petit déjeuner avec le lever du soleil. Immeuble calme. Tout pour passer un séjour à Annecy très agréable.
