Discover the city of Annecy, its lively markets, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 2 people.

The room has a double bed. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, high-speed wifi (fiber connection), and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a NESPRESSO coffee machine .
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and separate toilet. The toilet and the shower are not separated.

The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, as is the balcony.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
The accommodation is located on the 5th floor with elevator.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk (Albigny beach). Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes all around the lake).

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
