Welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated apartment located in Annecy, just a few minutes walk from the lake! This spacious apartment can accommodate up to six people comfortably and offers all the necessary comforts for an unforgettable stay.



The apartment has two elegant bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with single beds and high quality bedding. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, ideal for two extra people.

Excellent location and decent space for a family. Nice den and kitchen. Two bedrooms and nice bathroom. Access to a laundry machine was nice. We had several bumps that made the experience less pleasant. The checkin email with the entry code went to my email spam folder, so we didn’t know how to get in when we arrived. When we called the number listed, we were prompted to leave a message. No one responded to our message despite the listing saying the host would be available at that number. We called VrBO directly to get assistance and finally located the email with the code. The property had no hand soap, half a toilet paper roll, and only one fan between two bedrooms when the heat was over 100 degrees. I understand that AC is not commonly available, but not even having a fan for each bedroom made it miserable. We could not figure out how to use the oven. A user manual would be helpful.The instructions said parking on the streets was free until July, but we received a ticket in June. We understand the host cannot control the street parking, but it would be better to not say it is free if it is possible it isn’t. We would have looked for a parking station if the check in instructions hadn’t said it was free and avoided the ticket.The lack of response from the host with our questions was frustrating.
