- 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each ;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen
- a shower room ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate the balcony adjoining the master bedroom, with its beautiful views of the mountains.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, television, microwave, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, oven, fan, iron, fridge, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The flat is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from Annecy town centre (10 minutes), where you will find restaurants and shops.
Free parking is available in the building's small car park or in the adjacent streets.
For everyday shopping, there is a Franprix supermarket just a 10-minute walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to explore the city's famous sights on foot, including:
- Galeries Lafayettes 11 minutes away;
- The Courier Shopping Centre 12 minutes away;
- Lake and Pâquier 15 minutes away;
