Located in a prestigious building in the city centre, this superb apartment guarantees a wonderful stay in Annecy, thanks to its prime location, just a stone’s throw from the Old Town, Bonlieu and Le Paquier. You can reach the Old Town on foot in just a few minutes to enjoy dinner by the canals, stroll through the market or simply admire the beautiful scenery.

The three bedrooms, each with a double bed (queen-size), are situated at the rear of the flat and all have their own television and walk-in wardrobe. There is also a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The spacious living-dining-kitchen area stretches the full length of the apartment, where large windows offer an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a wine cellar and a large worktop. The apartment also has a private garage – a real bonus in Annecy, where parking spaces are at a premium!

Keys are handed over in person between 4pm and 9pm.
Any arrival after 9pm will incur a charge of €20.


Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bike hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).
