Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent l'Héritage du Lac, a sublime Haussmann-style flat combining prestige and refinement, ideally located in the heart of Annecy.
With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this exceptional property will appeal as much for its decorative charm as for its privileged location, just a stone's throw from the lake and the famous canals of the "Venice of the Alps".
The flat comprises
- Spacious, light-filled living room with dining area, lounge equipped with "tableau" television and access to a balcony offering a typical view of the city.
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances (including Thermomix).
- Separate WC.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm), access to a small balcony with city views, storage cupboard.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160 cm), access to a small balcony with city views, storage cupboard.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 cm) that can be made into a double, access to a small balcony with city views, storage cupboard.
- Bathroom 1: walk-in shower, double washbasins and WC.
- Bathroom 2: shower and washbasin.
Outside area :
- Small balcony with table for 2.
NB: to access the lift, you need to climb 5 steps.
Additional amenities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 38 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you are coming by car, please note that the flat does not have a private parking space. You can park in the Car Park de la Poste, located at the foot of the building, or in the outdoor parking spaces in front of the residence. (chargeable)
