Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake.

Five Star hotel and service. We stayed for our anniversary and the hotel was incredibly generous with their welcome gift. The view from the room was simply gorgeous. I can't wait to come back to this hotel and would highly recommend it for the most romantic getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay, The hotel was wonderful, area perfect, facilities and local amenities very good. My only complaint would be that i paid a lot to stay here for a week, paid for a balcony and got a Juliet windows, which wasn't even big enough for us both to sit at and view the lake. We should have complained, but were out more than in.

The hotel is located in front of the lake, close to everything, very beautiful building. The room had a nice view, clean and spacious. I just didn’t like the food from the restaurant. Overpriced and not excellent.

The absolute and quintessential French village visit. This place had everything as far as views access to the lake and French cuisine. Don’t hesitate to book The only negatives were the shower. I still don’t understand the 1/2 bath and 1/2 shower combo with a small glass to keep water from getting out. Don’t let it detour you. Great stay and great breakfast. Gorgeous area of the world

Beautiful building, needs some repairs, electrical wiring is not safe. Service could be better. Overall, the building and grounds are beautiful and staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the views. Annecy is a very special place.
