We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families.

Nice property as described

Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again.

Lovely villa

This property was excellent and had everything we needed & more. The kitchen was well equipped and had cleaning products & store cupboard essentials which was much appreciated rather than having to go out and buy everything. The pool and outside area was clean and spacious. We did not have a car but the bus stop was very close with regular services into Annecy. Any questions for the owner were replied to quickly. We would recommend staying here.

What an amazing Villa and Host. Myself and four other adult Bikers shared this 5 bedroomed Villa. Wonderful facilities including the swimming pool. All equipment you’ll need to be comfortable. Host Joel was always available if needed. All mod cons including dish washer, washing machine, 2 showers, 1 bath. 2 toilets. BBQ, outside loungers and ratten furniture around the pool. Outside eating area for large groups or families. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The villa is in a quiet residential area with beautiful views. Will be hoping to return one day. We were very happy.

Meythet Villa

Lovely villa, nice quiet area and ideal for our family holiday (4 adults & 2 children). Good base for travelling by car to Annecy and surrounding areas. The swimming pool is excellent and there are ample sun loungers, outside chairs and dining table and chairs. The villa is well equipped for up to 10 guests so was more than acceptable for our party of 6. A negative is that there is only one walk in shower which is in the en suite downstairs bedroom plus a mixer tap/shower in the bath in the upstairs bathroom. Not too much of a problem for our stay but if 10 people stayed, could be an issue. The property is large up and down stairs so plenty of room to put another walk in shower. Also a couple of the appliances needed repairing (microwave door catch and fridge ice box) though there was a new fridge freezer in the utility). Pool wasn't fenced off from garden as described but not really an issue. Overall an excellent property which we all enjoyed and would happily return to.

Sehr nettes, großes Haus für bis zu 10 Personen im schönen Annecy.Die Beschreibung und doe Fotos geben den Zustand und die vorhandenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr gebau wieder.Das Haus ist ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und hat an den ein oder anderen Stellen leichte Alterserscheinungen, verliert dadurch aber nicht seinen Charme.Joël ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, der mit seinem sprechendem Übersetzer (App) mit jeder möglichen Sprache Rücksicht auf seine Gäste nimmt und immer für Fragen und Unterstützung zur Verfügung steht. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Danke dafür!

Très belles vacances

Maison agréable, spacieuse, claire et propre, bien équipée, Bonne literie. Les plus: une vraie piscine de 10m, Commerces à proximité dont un très bon boucher. Super plus pour nous; les transports en commun son gratuits dans le Grand Annecy en juillet et aout. Inutile de s 'embéter avec avec une voiture pour aller à Annecy. Le système des bus à Annecy est absolument exceptionnel en couverture géographique, ponctualité , densité et organisation, au point de me donner envie d 'envoyer un mail de félicitation au responsable des transports de la Région. Les lignes 6 , 1 et 7 vous emmènent à la gare ou au centre ville mais de là vous aller gratuitement à des lieux aussi divers que le Semnoz ( vue exceptionnelle) , Talloire ou Duingt etc. et donc pas de problème de bouchons grâce aux voies réservées aux bus. Seul point négatif: la proximité de l 'autoroute à vol d'oiseau . Pas de gêne le jour mais la nuit il faut fermer la fenêtre des chambres à l ' arrière et l on n'entend plus rien. Conclusion: 4 adultes et 4 enfants, nous étions 8 à vouloir réserver de suite cette maison pour l 'an prochain .

Première dans les Alpes… magnifique!! Bon accueil, Joël est un hôte très agréable et arrangeant. Sa maison est parfaite, bien agencée et bien équipée. La piscine est un vrai réconfort après de belles et longues randonnées (manque peut être 2 ou 3 degrés pour les plus frileux mais un vrai plaisir quand même). La vue est très agréable et la localisation permet un accès facilité à toutes les activités. Merci!! nous espérons revenir très vite dans cette belle région.

Nice house with everything you need for a perfect vacation

Erg leuk huis met mooi zwembad. De eigenaar is zeer aardig. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het heeft hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig, maar alles is aanwezig. Handig dat er een wasmachine is en een dubbele koelkast. Verbeteringen: Het huis mist airconditioning ook al is het huis goed geïsoleerd. Het was erg warm (35+ graden) in de week dat wij er waren. Het zwembad is niet omheind en dat vind ik met kleine kinderen niet erg veilig. Positief is de locatie! Prachtig uitzicht over Annecy en de bergen. Voldoende plaatsen om te relaxen bij het zwembad en ook binnen. De keuken is prima. Het huis was erg schoon.
