Apartment of 40m² completely renovated with great amenities, facing south and without vis-à-vis with a large balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the city center, as well as public transport links to the city and the stations.

Decorated in an industrial and modern style, you will be seduced by the comfort and all the equipment of this apartment which will make you feel at home.

The 2-room apartment is composed as follows:

- a spacious separate bedroom with a comfortable Queen Size 160 bed, new and of high quality. For your comfort, hotel-grade bed linen is provided. A cot is available for your little ones.

- a bathroom with Italian shower and hanging WC. Bath towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. A real hair dryer is also available.

- a lounge area with a comfortable sofa. A 127cm 4K TV with Fiber as well as Wifi are available, Netflix, etc.

- a kitchen area open to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All the necessary accessories and crockery are available. A friendly bar separates the living room from the kitchen to share your meals. A high chair is available for your little ones.

- a large quiet balcony for your aperitifs and breakfasts (tea and coffee available).
