Discover the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This two-room apartment can accommodate 4 people on the 8th floor with a lift to the 7th only. It has been completely refurbished and decorated by an interior designer.
The bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed (Queen), the living room with a large convertible sofa. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains with its breathtaking view of the lake and the city of Annecy.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Piston coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The toilets are separate.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Le Nid du Favre is a set of two apartments, a studio and a two-room apartment that can be booked together or separately, accommodating 6 people in total.

The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake).

Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Beyond 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be requested.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
