Le Thiou - Apartment for 4 people 5 minutes from the center

Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 2nd floor with elevator. The Promenade du Thiou is 200 metres away and offers a 10-minute walk to the heart of the historic centre. The train station is only 8 minutes away.

The master bedroom has a 140x190 bed (Queen Size) and you have in addition a closed corner night with a bunk bed. (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 8 years of age)
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, raclette machine, hair dryer... Open kitchen with central island (oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, etc.).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The toilets are independent.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. A bakery is 40 m from the building.

The lake is a 15 min walk, 5 min by bus. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

🅿️ A large car park (paying from 9am to 7pm) is located in front of the building. The «Chevêne» public car park is a 4-minute walk away.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.


⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
