**The Vintage**, a spacious 71 m² apartment, is located right in the historic center of Annecy, on Rue du Pâquier, just 150 meters from the lake and the Bonlieu theatre. It is a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to all shops.

You can reach the lake and Le Pâquier (a large grassy area along the lakeside) in less than 2 minutes on foot!
Located in a historic building in the city, this charming old-style accommodation is ideal for 2 people.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (no lift) of a pedestrian street in a lively area, close to shops, bakeries, Monoprix, cafés, and restaurants.

The semi-open bedroom is equipped with a double bed.

Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance; you can get around entirely on foot during your stay (2 nearby car parks: Hôtel de Ville and Bonlieu, less than 200 m away). Bike rental is also available nearby (a beautiful cycling path goes all the way around the lake).

Check-in is available every day from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
After 9:00 PM, if a self check-in solution cannot be arranged, a €20 surcharge will apply.

If the apartment is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4:00 PM. This can only be confirmed on the day of arrival.
Similarly, on your departure day, a late check-out may be possible if the apartment is not booked again that evening.

Logement pour très court séjour

Logement bien situé pour les visites, mais pas adapté pour se reposer. Rue très bruyantes, vitres simple vitrage. Pas confortable pour un séjour repos.

Un séjour agréable en plein cœur de la ville, à proximité des commerces. L'appartement est grand et la literie confortable. Le seul bémol serait le bruit de la rue qu'on entend depuis l'appartement mais c'est normal vue la localisation.
