I really enjoyed my stay here, the room had everything I needed and located a short walk away from where I wanted to see, the room was clean and tidy, the gentleman on reception was amazing informing me on popular places to visit which I really appreciated, WiFi was great, and rooms where very quiet I didn’t have anyone disturbing me at all. Only down side I’d say is on hotels it says check out is 11 and at the property it says 10, and having to bag up all your sheets and towels no mention of that on hotels

When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way.

Good location and value

Stayed for a weekend in January. Check in was quick and simple, and the apartment was in good, clean condition with all the amenities needed. Neighbourhood was quiet, but only 10-15 min walk from the old town, lake and train/bus station. There were also several supermarkets within walking distance. The only minor issue I had was with the smoke detector in the apartment making random noises, which was presumably due to a faulty battery or some other fault. But aside from this, had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

You’ll get what you pay for

The establishment was ok you’ll get what you pay for. Don’t expect luxe for the price of this accommodation I would say its correct. We had a balcony,small kitchen with utensils, Fridge,Bath, TV, Tables, Chairs, Cloth drying rack, Ventilateur and Cabinet. No person during checked in but information was provided in advance by email. I will stay again as budget wise we find it reasonable. Kindly take note thath this location is a bit far from the Lac but you can still walk to get there.

Absolutely aweful

This property is so dated. The room is dirty if you look carefully. Shower didn't work and we had no hot water for one day. Self check in is absolutely a pain. The whole place has no hospitality at all. There is no hair dryer, no reception, and the place feels so spooky in the evening. Please DO NOT book this place, written from our hearts.

The property is OK but some of the furniture are damaged. The cleaning was quite superficial: nothing major, but when we wiped the table with a wet cloth it came black. Remember to bring your toilet paper because it's not provided! A note on the parking: the post says it's per stay but it's actually per night.

Compact and convenient

Good clean apartment not far from the town centre

Apartment was clean. The kitchen area is a bit small and the bedroom also serves as the dining area. However, this was OK as we were staying one night only. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

good value hotel

This hotel is actually designed for long stays, however we stayed only for 1 night. the location of the hotel is actually in walking distance to the old city centre, but as it is up the hill it would be hard to walk up. There is free parking on the street and there is plenty of place for parking. also do not worry about late check-in they have a good system of which if you follow the instruction you will face no problems at all! the room had everything you would need for long term stay, i mean all the cooking equipments were present in the room. the room was clean in general, but the sheets and the blanket could be a bit more clean. overall, for this price it was a good hotel and would definitely stay here for the next time.

Great Kitchenette

We stayed a couple of days and having a kitchenette was wonderful. We could do our own thing. We opted to cook and eat in rather than going out, but there was plenty of restaurants around to choose from. They had a 24 hour laundry which was great to catch up on washing. You could use the dryer or hang things on the balcony. We had a very enjoyable stay. Would certainly stay there again.
