- 40 m² veranda with a second dining area for 10 guests with access to the terrace and 3-person jacuzzi.

Go hiking at Semnoz, cycle along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Public transport:
- Regular bus routes SIBRA 1, 5 & 4, with a stop close by (10 min walk) to the villa ("Rampignon") provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 30 min) as well as nearby beaches.
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.

On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- We welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg) for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- Air conditioning is not available.
