The Villa Dolce Vita is composed as follows:

- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.)
- Cellar area with fridge, freezer, airfryer, raclette and fondue machines...
- 40 m² veranda with a second dining area for 10 guests with access to the terrace and 3-person jacuzzi.

- Regular bus routes SIBRA 1, 5 & 4, with a stop close by (10 min walk) to the villa ("Rampignon") provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 30 min) as well as nearby beaches.
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
