Location was exceptional

The property and the layout of the rooms was perfect for our family of 5. Our 6 and 9 year olds shared the room with the 2 kids beds. And our olds son had the bigger bed to himself. We had a view and could hear the Thiou river which was very relaxing and helped keep the apartment cool. There is no air conditioning in the property but there Are 3 fans and once the windows are open the air circulates well and cools down the apartment almost immediately. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The apartment could use a deep cleaning and a few updates but overall we had a great stay. Christine was very nice and accommodating as well. We would recommend this space to other families.

Fantastic Location in the old town

We drove into Annecy and there is a public parking garage very close to this apartment and it was very reasonably priced. We kept our car there for two consecutive nights and it was less than 15 euros. Very nice proprietors!!

Well located in Old Town

The apartment was as described. It's not deluxe but the reasonable price reflects this and it's a fantastic location for Annency though being in a quiet pedestrian courtyard in the Old Town, there is no parking (we did not have a car). Catherine was very responsive by email in English, though out of town for the key handover which her mother undertook. Thankfully I spoke some French as her mother didn't. Her mother ensured we knew where everything was including rubbish downstairs. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay and while Catherine approved the deposit refund quickly, HomeAway has not yet paid it to me almost three weeks later. That of course is an issue with Home Away rather than the property. It was ideal for 4 of us and has a toilet separate to the bathroom, but might be a bit cramped for six.

Catherine is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Wij misten een privegarage bij de woning, er zijn wel genoeg parkeergarages in de omgeving. Het was tijdens ons verblijf behoorlijk warm in Annecy, we kregen de airco niet werkend waardoor het vooral de laatste dagen erg heet was in de woning. Wij hebben overigens niet de hulp van Catherine ingeschakeld om de airco wel te laten functioneren. Is dus zeker ook onze eigen fout.

Spacieux et idéalement situé

Nous avons passé deux semaines fantastiques dans un appartement spacieux, bien équipé et confortable, disposant d’une grande terrasse et d’un balcon donnant sur la rivière. Le logement est situé au cœur de la vieille ville, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants et à 10 minutes à pieds du Lac. Propriétaire réactive et très sympathique. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils et s’est montrée disponible. Je recommande chaudement la location.

Attention au nombre de locataires que vous allez déclaré !

Le prix de l'appartement était déclaré pour 4 personnes. Ayant eu l'honnêteté d'annoncer que nous serions peut être 5, on m'a facturé d'office 100€ de plus. Quand j'ai confirmé que nous serions que 4, on m'a annoncé que les affaires n'étant pas bonnes, on ne me rembourserait pas. Et l'annonce entretemps avait changé : le prix de l'appartement était déclaré pour 3 personnes. A part ce "petit" incident, l'appartement est très bien situé et calme, l'équipement de la cuisine un peu vieillot.

Emplacement privilégié dans un quartier pittoresque à la fois calme et animé. Accueil chaleureux.

Situation idéale pour un séjour au coeur de la ville fleurie et charmante. Appartement fonctionnel et agréable. Hôtesse attentionnée et accueillante. Transports, parkings, commerces, bars restaurants, brocantes, marchés et animations de rue en sortant de la résidence...et le lac se trouve à 5 mn à pied longeant le canal. De magnifiques photos souvenirs incroyables à faire, incitant à revenir pour découvrir ce site sous d'autres saisons.

A RECOMMANDER ! ! SUPER SITUATION ET TRES BELLE VUE

L'appartement est spacieux, idéalement placé, nous avons tout fait à pied en laissant la voiture au parking St Claire. Très bien équipé pour ne manquer de rien pendant le week end, je louerais à nouveau sans hésitez ! Merci beaucoup, très belle vue, bref un week end parfait !
