Terrace with garden accessories ideal for relaxing. -Interior: 120 m2, closed entrance hall, living room with Scandinavian stove and dining area -Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 beds side by side (90/200) with private bathroom & WC, 3 bedrooms with x 2 beds (4x 90/200 and2x 90/210). -Sanitary facilities: 1 private bathroom & toilet (renovation 2025) with washing machine and dryer, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. On the 1st floor -Kitchen: open, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, fondue and raclette set. -Miscellaneous: Cable TV, WiFi, Sonos speaker, pets not allowed, table tennis, non-smoking, 3 private parking spaces at the foot of the cottage and a charging station for electric car, electric heating, local with a "heated boot dryer".
