Very comfortable chalet for up to 6 people: Boasting spectacular views of the Swiss Alps from every bedroom, the lounge and dining room including the mighty Weisshorn mountain, Chalet Amos is an idyllic location for those looking for peace and quiet whilst still being within walking distance of the beautiful village of Grimentz.Having undergone an extensive renovation and expansion project in 2025, Chalet Amos comprises of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and a spacious living area upstairs including a lounge with 3 cornered sofa, large dining table for 6 people and spacious kitchen.The chalet retains its rustic charm made from rich brown old timber with a balcony on both floors and large terrace to the side all offering breathtaking views of the snow-dusted mountains, winding trails and villages below.The Chalet backs onto a forest of pine and fir trees, filling the air with a fresh, crisp scent, while cowbells and church bells echo faintly from the valley below. As the sun sets, golden light washes over the landscape, turning the mountains rosy and casting long shadows across the valley. The scene feels peaceful and timeless—a perfect retreat where nature, comfort, and quiet beauty meet.Inside the chalet, a wood burner sits at the heart of the room between the lounge and the dining space.The 3 double bedrooms comprise of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200),1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200) that can also be joined to create a double bed. There is also a fold up baby cot bed available.The bathroom has a bath with shower, WC and wash basin and the shower room has a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.The brand-new large kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue set, induction hob, cooker and large fridge. There is also a Bluetooth enabled music player for connecting your smart devices. The chalet also has free WIFI and a smart TV.There are 2 private parking spaces that come with the chalet immediately above the terrace.
