For one thing, the massive pool deck is likely to become an unforgettable gathering spot. With the elegant stretch of pool, the roomy sun deck with lounges and sun beds alongside al fresco dining, and the large verandah, it is perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, and sunset or sunrise experiences. Sitting just above the beach, it offers a private world from which to enjoy the unprecedented views. Guests will have access to all areas of the property; with the exception of the utility room.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Mary's Beach Villa is not set up to be a party house. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.
