The space
Located in the "Oldakers Place" homestead property along the Midland Trail in Ansted, this newly updated home is situated at the end of the private road - the home offers a large secluded back deck and lower patio area that overlooks the hillside and a small creek, grill and supplies are provided, tables and seating provided, outdoor shower, secured dog run and dog wash area! - amazing private back yard!

The attached garage is designed and outfitted specifically for gatherings, includes games, TV, darts and more! This space is great for securely storing motorcycles, kayaks, bikes, climbing gear and any other equipment you may have!

Pet friendly! - With secure porch area and fenced and dedicated dog run attached to the back of the home...and a spacious front yard and even larger common areas if you prefer walking!

Newly remodeled home with spacious open living room to kitchen area with a 50" fire TV, comfortable furniture, dining table and desk/work area...the laundry room is complete with washer and dryer and includes all the necessities and more!
