"This is our 3rd stay at the Akra or Akra V .
the hotel is wonderful , but the main reason for our choosing Akra is the staff especially Atiya from Customer Services .
She remembered us for the 3rd year running . During a conversation we mentioned something and she went and bought it as a gift , we were blown away by her wanting to make our stay as wonderful as possible , TBH we'd already bought her a gift too without knowing , her kindness was some remarkable ."
