The hotel is located right in the old town, close to the port. Excellent! The service was 100%. The hotel staff were very understanding and warm-hearted. The room was cleaned every day! The hotel is in a quieter part of the town but close to all the amenities which worked well for us. The room was very clean and well appointed with a fridge and heating/aircon unit. The staff were helpful and attentive. Our breakfast was free so I can't complain, but the very varied choice was aimed more at other Europeans with an array of cheese, olives and cooked meats and salad.

We have stayed at the Aspen several times, usually in the same very comfortable room. This time we were in a different room and both the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and we did not get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was very good again and the staff are very good and helpful.
